Location is little far from the nearest Metro Station, almost 2 km but it is recommended to take a taxi when you get off from train at financil high tech station exit A to the hotel. This location is also far from airport. You need to change 2 lines to reach to financil high tech station exit A, but it is highly recommended as the hotel is superb. My only complain is that sometimes the reception people were unable to respond properly due to language issue. So please add 1 english speaking person on front desk in morning & in night shift

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly . Luyi went out of her way to help me set up a WeChat wallet too making my rides so much easier and cheaper. My card wasn’t working for this so she transferred some cash to my account. The gym was exceptional.

Everything was wonderful, right from the beginning till the very end of our trip. The apartments were clean, tidy, cozy, wonderful. The kitchen in the morning for breakfasts was delicious. The staff was very polite and friendly. Thanks for your assistance
